The main purpose of the journal is to publish original scientific results (review and topical articles) on philological and pedagogical sciences.

The journal is published in printed form with a frequency of 4 issues per year.

Manuscripts of articles for publication in the journal are drawn up in accordance with the Rules for authors developed by the editorial board of the journal.

The journal is indexed by the Google Scholar system.

The journal adheres to the Open Access policy: for purposes that do not contradict the current legislation, all users can absolutely freely and for free read, download, copy, transmit, and also link to published materials in accordance with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and the Creative Commons license (CC BY, license "With an indication of authorship").

The journal provides open access to full-text versions of all reviewed articles immediately after their publication (without the "embargo" period). Materials of manuscripts submitted to the editorial office for consideration and have not passed the review procedure or accepted for publication and have not yet been published in the journal are not placed in the public domain.
