Features of structure internality in female managers’ personality at different levels of management

Abstract: 

Internality in a personality structure of a female manager is among important factors that influence career advancement. A comparative analysis of internality structure indicators in personalities of female managers of operational, middle and senior management levels revealed that at the level of middle management, female managers are likely to take more responsibility for possible failures in the field of professional activities and relations at work than managers of the operational level.

The concept of aggression in living systems and frames of society

Abstract: 

The article presents a critical review of the most well-known philosophical and psychological approaches to the study of the concept aggression in living systems and in frames of society with the aim to suggest its new comprehension and interpretation. It is shown that the majority of researches analyze aggression in terms of moral and ethical dichotomy of 'good and evil' and see it as a negative phenomenon. This point of view limits the possibilities of comprehending aggression, its role in the life of different communities and ways of its regulation. The approach is based upon the principles of phenomenology, polysemy and hermeneutics and represents aggression as a holistic phenomenon which has a processual and dynamic character. The authors of the article define aggression as an action directed at the other one (at the environment), emphasizing a more comprehensive understanding of the notion. Attempts are made to analyze the stages of aggression from the incipient intention to the assimilation of new experience. The merit of the article lies in the definition of aggression given by the authors and the research into the content of the stages of aggression in their positive and negative context.

Research into spiritual and moral qualities in students of Russian and Tatar nationality

Abstract: 

The article discusses the issue of a person’s spiritual and moral development. The author has chosen research methods that determine spiritual and moral potential in students of Russian and Tatar nationality and developed the stages of this research. The article presents the results of a comparative analysis carried out to discover the prominence of students’ spiritual-moral characteristics and to describe the basic correlations of spiritual-moral characteristics in students of Russian and Tatar nationality.

The meaning of life and psychological mechanisms for its creation

Abstract: 

The article reveals the essence of the meaning of life through the definition of the general concept of "meaning" as a person’s awareness of the connection between their behavior and their thinking about the situation in which this behavior is performed. Considering life as a special activity carried out by man in order to achieve their most important goal, the author identifies the role of moral consciousness and conscience in the process of generating the meaning of life.

Developing the meaning of education in adult professional training

Abstract: 

This article examines a dynamic and conscious set of motives with respect to learning activities, which affects the efficiency of adult professional education. The interaction of these motives with cognition needs, affiliation, achievements, and dominance becomes the factor of efficiency, determining the "strength" of conscious learning activities, successful learning outcomes, and the structure of attitudes to the learning process as a whole.
