ASSESSMENT OF PHYTOTOXICITY OF HYDROCARBONS OF DIFFERENT CHEMICAL NATURE IN THEIR DIRECT CONTACT WITH SEEDS, AND INDIRECTLY, THROUGH SOIL

Abstract: 

The authors studied the effect petroleum hydrocarbons (HC), (aliphatic and aromatic) has on the germination of plant seeds of different systematic affiliation that characterizes their viability and survival under the conditions of pollution. The dependence of the HC phytotoxicity on the chemical nature of the pollutant, on the time the plant was exposed to its influence and sorption properties of the soil are shown.
