DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE POTENTIAL AS A NECESSARY CONDITION FOR FORMATION OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION TEACHER’S PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE

Abstract: 

The author of the article analyzes the creative part in the activities of high school teachers without basic pedagogical education. Components of the structure of vocational and important personal traits for a high school teacher are identified. The severity degree of professional qualities of the person and the level of development of creative potential of teachers without basic pedagogical education are defined. It is em-phasized that the university must create conditions for the maintenance and development of the creative potential of an individual teacher.
