DEVELOPMENT OF THE EPR STUDY OF FOOD ADDITIVES

Abstract: 

The authors of the article examined the samples of enter prise waste of agro industrial complex and grain legumes which are used in ration of cattle are by EPR. It is displayed that the structural changes of chemical composition of forage under affect of different physical and chemical and technical methods have a positive influence on the energetic value which is the evidence of rising productive effect of for-age.
