CHANGES OF NITRIC OXIDE CONTENTS IN DIFFERENT TISSUES OF 56- AND 81-DAY RATS GROWING IN THE CONDITIONS OF HYPOKINEZIA

Abstract: 

Using the method of electron paramagnetic resonance with spin trap the authors of the article studied the nitric oxide content in tissues of heart ventricle and auricle, liver, cord brain and muscle of intact and hy-pokinezied rats of 56 and 81 days old. It was found out that during hypokinezia the quantity of nitric ox-ide remarkably increased in all studied tissues except spin cord. The biggest increase of nitric oxide was observed in heart ventricle and auricle.
