M-ACETYLCHOLINE RECEPTORS BLOCKADE ON RATS MYOCARDIUM CONTRACTILITY IN POSTNATAL ONTOGENESIS

Abstract: 

Dose-dependent actions of non selective blockade M-acetylcholine receptors on contractility of rat’s myo-cardium in postnatal ontogenesis were studied. Atropine didn't cause a negative effect on contractility activ-ity of a myocardium of auricles and ventricles of rats. The maximal dose (10-3 М) caused positive inotropic re-action of auricles and ventricles of rats of all investigated age. Atropine in concentration of 10-4 М also led to increase contractility auricles and ventricles of animals 3 and 6 week age. Probably that higher sensitivity to atropine at rats of this age is connected with maturing of heart sympathetic regulation.
