OXIDATION AND REDUCTION HOMEOSTASIS AND PECULIARITIES OF NONSPECIFIC BODY RESISTANCE IN DIFFERENT PERIODS OF SWIMMERS’ TRAINING

Abstract: 

Under the influence of stress factors including physical activity, the intensity of peroxide processes is in-creasing, and the body defense reaction and metabolic activity of blood neutrophils change. Examining of the cytochemical parameters provides important information about the influence of sport training on the condition of different sportsman’s body systems, the level of health and physiological mechanism of health-improving effect of training. It was stated that the condition of neutrophils, important elements of the blood nonspecific defense system of students – swimmers of the first category, Candidate Masters, are considerably different from those of the students of the same age and sex who do not go in for sports.
