METHODOLOGICAL FEATURES OF ANALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT EDUCATION IN THE UNIVERSITY

Abstract: 

The article describes the methodological basis for the organization of management registration at the university on the basis of the quality management system, balanced scorecard and information technology. The author offers the version of the development of quality management system of education based on the information model with a system of indicators corresponding to the direction of the university and aimed at improving the quality of education. As a tool for the description of the management of the university the author used a process approach and software Business Studio.
