COMMUNICATIVE PERSONALITY OF A PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER

Abstract: 

Communicative and speaking culture of a teacher is a necessary constituent of the whole pedagogical process, a means and condition of all functions and kinds of professional activity. The formation of a primary school teacher communicative and speaking culture is based on the development of the communicative personality that is able to create unique original cultural texts according to the pedagogical ethic rules and norms of speech. The central basic characteristic of a primary school teacher’s communicative personality is the communicative and speaking competence – elite type of speaking culture, knowledge of sign systems, skills to produce cultural texts in the process of communication under institutional conditions, the ability to take into consideration social, ethical and professional norms and roles.
