THE ROLE OF THE FAMILY IN FORMING ANTICIPATIONAL CONSISTENCY OF THE DRUG ADDICTS

Abstract:

The article is devoted to the problem of influence of the family and personal qualities of the parents on forming anticipational inconsistency of the drug addicts. We made the theoretical analysis of the concepts "anticipational consistency", "prognostic competence", "prognostic abilities", "probabilistic prediction". We present the results of the empirical research of the prognostic abilities (or anticipational consistency) of the drug addicts and their parents, that was held by V.D.Mendelevich within the anticipational conception of neurogenesis. We establish that the parents’ prediction strategies are the factors that form the children’s prognostic competence. We reveal that the steady pathogenic pattern exists in the families of the drug addicts, and it determines the dependant forms of behaviour.

Key words:

drug addiction, family, personal peculiarities, anticipational consistency, prognostic competence, probabilistic prediction.
