THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF APPROACHES TO ESTIMATION OF TEACHERS' PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract: 

The article discloses the main ways of estimation of a teacher's professional activity. Among the existing approaches we can single out the following: structural, functional, activity-personal, task-oriented. Their advantage consists in the possibility of doing careful analysis of the structure, functions, teaching skills and, finally, pedagogical activity in general.
