EMOTIONAL "BURNING-OUT" OF TEACHERS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS

Abstract: 

The article deals with the problems of mental conditions. We raise the question of meaning of various psychic states in the process of teaching and teachers' activity. We focus our attention on the condition of so called "burning-out". We speculate on the reasons of its appearance, its connection with other psychic states, and offer the ways and methods of self-regulation for the teachers of higher educational establish-ments.
