TEACHER'S PERSONALITY IN THE CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION AND PERSONIFIED EDUCATION

Abstract: 

The article is devoted to the relevant problem of development of continuous pedagogical education. The author speculates on the problems of levels of qualifications adequate to a teacher's needs. A special attention is paid to the specificity of professional activity, ways and methods of its formation. The author also distinguishes priorities in the professional communication.
