Features of structure internality in female managers’ personality at different levels of management

Abstract: 

Internality in a personality structure of a female manager is among important factors that influence career advancement. A comparative analysis of internality structure indicators in personalities of female managers of operational, middle and senior management levels revealed that at the level of middle management, female managers are likely to take more responsibility for possible failures in the field of professional activities and relations at work than managers of the operational level.
