Developing the meaning of education in adult professional training

Abstract: 

This article examines a dynamic and conscious set of motives with respect to learning activities, which affects the efficiency of adult professional education. The interaction of these motives with cognition needs, affiliation, achievements, and dominance becomes the factor of efficiency, determining the "strength" of conscious learning activities, successful learning outcomes, and the structure of attitudes to the learning process as a whole.
