CONCEPTUAL FOUNDATIONS OF REGIONAL NETWORK OF GENERAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS FOR GIFTED CHILDREN

Abstract: 

This article examines the current state of work with gifted children, and the major contradictions and problems arising in this field. A conceptual basis for creating a regional network of educational institutions for gifted children is formulated, and the results of the initial testing of the system in several municipal districts are analyzed.
