HETEROGENEOUS EFFECTS IN THE PAREMIOLOGICAL SYSTEM OF THE GERMAN LANGUAGE: SYSTEM-FUNCTIONAL ASPECT OF STUDY

Abstract: 

The article deals with the linguistic analysis of German antiproverbs made to find out the effects of heterogeneity and hybridity which appeared as a result of adaptation of the German paremiological system to the modern German lingvocultural socium. The detailed analysis of the most frequent cases when the proverbs are used creatively in the headlines and texts of newspaper articles is presented. Cognitive and pragmatic mechanisms of the transformed proverbs functioning in publicistic discourse are also revealed.
