ON SELF-DEVELOPMENT IN FUTURE TEACHERS OF PHILOLOGY WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF LIFE-LONG LEARNING

Abstract: 

This article is devoted to the problems of self-development as a multifold process within the process of professional education, professional growing and creative activity of teacher. The ultimate worth of professional and self-development for teachers and philologists is the essential role it plays in the improvement of educational process as a whole. That makes the future teachers able and ready to compete and be creative in their work and life. The results of professional job performance, each professional development effort should be accompanied by a specifically-organized educational environment based on the principles of succession and life-long learning concept.
