MILITARY DAY-TO-DAY LIFE AS DEPICTED BY TATAR BAYTS
Abstract:
The article looks into bayts – a sample of Tatar folklore. Many of these being written during various wars, the folk songs serve as a source of study concerning peculiarities of military day-to-day life. The works dedicated to World War I are highlighted.
