MULTI-VARIANT CHARACTER OF THE OLD-TATAR LITERARY LANGUAGE IN THE XIX CENTURY

Abstract: 

This article deals with the study of the history of the Old-Tatar literary language development in the XIX century. It is concluded that the classical Old-Tatar literary language of the XIX century was a mixed one, having absorbed the elements and grammatical forms of the Arabic, Persian, Chagatai and Ottoman-Turkish languages, and their interaction formed the basis for the structural and functional variation of the norm.
